VFF and FPT Telecom signed a cooperation agreement to support employment for female players after retirement
Today (March 8), the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) and FPT Telecom held a ceremony to sign a cooperation agreement to support employment for female players after retirement.
The delegation included: Mr. Le Hoai Anh – VFF General Secretary and Mr. Hoang Viet Anh – CEO of FPT Telecom.
The agreement aims to create many stable job opportunities for Vietnamese female players after a period of dedication to their football career and retirement to return to everyday life. In the cooperation commitment, FPT Telecom will be responsible for career guidance, creating opportunities, and training for national female players of VFF.
Especially, depending on the aspirations, desires and ability to promote the strengths of each athlete, FPT Telecom will closely coordinate with VFF to research and implement practical activities related to each athlete. related to expanding training, guiding skills and knowledge for each player. At the same time, FPT Telecom and VFF are committed to accompanying female players for 10 years, creating favorable conditions to ensure a stable job for life after retirement.
