Condolence Letter from President of Vietnam Football Federation Tran Quoc Tuan
13/08/2023 08:23:32The Vietnam Football Federation had a sad news: On the afternoon of August 12, 2023, a car with four members of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club had a serious accident on Highway 14, passing Chu Puh, while is moving in the direction of Dak Lak – Gia Lai back to the club (after the match between HAGL – SLNA at stage 2 of the Night Wolf V.League 1 – 2023, on August 11, 2023).
Right after hearing the news, the President of the Vietnam Football Federation Tran Quoc Tuan sent a condolences letter to the families of the deceased members and Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club.
“The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) is deeply saddened about the news that the Deputy Director, team A’s deputy coach Duong Minh Ninh, doctor Dao Trong Tri and player Madeira Oliveira Paollo have passed away in this accident. The club’s driver is currently in emergency at the hospital.
On behalf of the VFF’s Executive Committee, I would like to send my condolences to the families of the deceased members and the Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club.
This is a insurmountable loss for Vietnamese football and Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club. VFF highly ask all Vietnamese coaches, football players and teams participating in the Night Wolf V.League 1-2023 to stand together with the families of the victims during this difficult time.
Please always bear in mind all of the great memories of coach Duong Minh Ninh, doctor Dao Trong Tri, player Madeira Oliveira Paollo and keep developing Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club”.
* The VFF delegation, led by General Secretary Duong Nghiep Khoi, will travel to Pleiku on August 14 to attend the Funeral of coach Duong Minh Ninh (from August 13 to August 16) and doctor Dao Trong Tri (from August 13 to August 14).
* VPF’s leaders gave a call to the Hoang Anh Gia Lai football club to share the expess condolences. On the morning of August 13, VPF’s leaders will directly travel to Pleiku to visit the Hoang Anh Gia Lai Club as well as the families of the victims. This incident is a big loss to Vietnamese Football and Hoang Anh Gia Lai Club.
