Vietnam women’s national team has donated 100 million VND to support those affected by the floods and storms
In an effort to support those affected by the hardships following natural disasters and floods, the Vietnam women’s national team has donated 100 million VND through the Tấm lòng Việt Fund (Vietnam Television).
On behalf of the Vietnamese women’s national team, head coach Mai Đức Chung expressed solidarity with those affected by natural disasters and floods, particularly the victims of the recent Storm No. 3. The team members hope to contribute to helping families overcome difficulties and return to normal life as soon as possible.
Representatives from the Tấm lòng Việt Fund (Vietnam Television) received the donation directly and shared their plans to assist the affected communities in Lào Cai, especially families in Nủ village, which suffered significant damage from the floods.
Currently, the Vietnamese women’s national team is training at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center in preparation for an international friendly tournament scheduled for the end of October in Chongqing, China.
