AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup China 2026 Draw finalised
Kuala Lumpur: The 12 hopefuls for the AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup China 2026™ discovered their road to continental glory following the Official Draw at the AFC House in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday.

The 12 teams – expanded from eight – were divided into three groups with the tournament to be contested between May 1 and 17, 2026.
Hosts China PR were drawn in Group A with Thailand, Vietnam and Myanmar their challengers.
Four-time winners Japan will have to contend with Australia, India and debutants Lebanon in Group B.
Defending champions and also four-time winners DPR Korea will face Korea Republic – who lifted the trophy in 2009, Philippines and Chinese Taipei in Group C.
The top teams from each and two best third-placed sides will advance to the quarter-finals. The top four finishers will represent Asia at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Morocco 2026.
