Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam in Australia visits and encourages the National Team
On the evening of January 26 local time, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Australia Nguyen Tat Thanh and members of the Vietnamese Embassy in Australia visited and encouraged the national team before the match against the Australian team in the FIFA World Cup 2022 Asian 3rd Qualifier.

In the intimate and cozy meeting, Ambassador Nguyen Tat Thanh on behalf of the Vietnamese Embassy in Australia and the overseas community welcomed the Vietnamese national team to Australia. Ambassador Nguyen Tat Thanh emphasized the excellent achievements of the team in recent years, especially qualifying to the 3rd round of FIFA World Cup 2022 Asian Qualifier is a pride not only for Vietnamese sports but also for all Vietnamese people. The Ambassador shared with the whole team very interesting information when he was a member of the Vietnam national team in 1996 as an interpreter for head coach Mr. Weigang. Therefore, the Ambassador understands the great pressure that the team always faces as well as the core factor for the team to win the hearts of the fans. It is the spirit of discipline and the will to compete without giving up.
Before the match against host Australia, Ambassador Nguyen Tat Thanh wished the team the best performance, promoting the Vietnamese spirit to achieve the best results. On the side of the Vietnamese Embassy in Australia as well as a large number of Vietnamese fans in Australia, they will always support and be ready to take the stadium and cheer for the team in the next match.
