Today (May 17), U22 Vietnam come back home after finishing their journey at the 32nd SEA Games with a bronze medal in men’s football. The team departed on a flight from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh City at 14:10, then divided into groups to return to the club. The group returned to Hanoi and arrived at Noi Bai airport at 20:15 on the same day.

At the invitation of the Chinese Football Assiciation, the Vietnam Football Federation has decided to send the U22 Vietnam to attend the 2023 Panda Cup international tournament, to be held in Chengdu, China next June.
U23 Vietnam completed the training period in March 2023, towards the 32nd SEA Games
This morning (March 30), the U23 Vietnam returned to Hanoi after completing the U23 international Cup in Doha, Qatar. This is the tournament that is considered to be the last “test” in the training period in March 2023 by coach Philippe Troussier and his players.
U23 Vietnam lost to U23 Kyrgyzstan after a penalty shootout
Played better and created some opportunities, but U23 Vietnam still could not put the ball into the U23 Kyrgyz net and was forced to play the penalty kicks. As a result, U23 Vietnam lost 4-5 after Quoc Viet failed to beat the goalkeeper of Kyrgyz team.
