Based on the completed missions/ targets in the 2018-2022 term, in order to improve the quality of Vietnamese football in a comprehensive way, and worthy of its potential, and to promote football in the best possible manner, we kindly request the VFF Congress Session IX (term 2022-2026) to discuss, provide opinions on the direction of operation the VFF Congress Session IX (term 2022-2026) in the following areas:
Vietnamese futsal – more and more organized and methodical
