The championship will be held on October 15-28. Việt Nam are in Group B alongside Japan, South Korea and Australia, while Group A includes China, North Korea, Thailand and Uzbekistan.
Việt Nam open up against Japan on October 16, face South Korea on October 19 and take on Australia on October 22.
Việt Nam’s coach Vũ Bá Đông 23-player squad have trained for nearly a month to prepare. The team left for the China yesterday.
