Close the training course for Referees of the women and youth football 2021
On the morning of 14 March, the closing ceremony of the training course for referees of the women and youth football 2021 was held at VFF’s house after 4 days of learning and working.
The delegation included Mr. Le Hoai Anh – VFF General Secretary; Mr. Le Quy Phuong – Deputy Director of Medical Committee; Mr. Vu Thi Thu Huong – Deputy Director of Vietnam Youth Football Training Centre; Instructor Dang Thanh Ha – Member of Referee Committee; Instructor Mai Hoang Trang, instructor Ngo Quoc Hung and 23 women referees, 51 men referee who will work at youth tournaments.
On the behalf of instructor, evaluating the results of man and woman referees, instructor Dang Thanh Ha said that in the physical test, 2 referees failed the speed test. “It is very unfortunate since these are these are healthy referees but lack of experience handling the bad conditions like wet field. This is a memorable lesson for you! With the man referees, among the failed referees, there were two injured people. So, the referees need to maintain physical training every day, not only in training course. In the knowledge test, there were 5 referees who failed. It is one more important thing, the referees need to understanding and improving the law. I hope that through the training course, the referees have gained more knowledge. But more importantly, the referees need to take advantage of the practical chance, attend more grassroots tournaments beside the national tournaments. Last but not least, wishing the organizers, the referees health, success in the upcoming tournaments” Mr. Dang Thanh Ha said.
Based on the report of instructor, Mr. Le Hoai Anh – General Secretary assigned the missions for young referees. “The training contents were taught methodically, ensuring to meet the requirements in operating the matches, especially the referee working. For the success of 2021 season, especially in the scene of expanding some new tournaments, VFF hopes that the referees always have the highest responsibility, accumulate experience, ensure the safe and security to avoid the unnecessary mistakes”, General Secretary Le Hoai Anh argued.
The training course for women and youth football 2021 was held in 4 days, from 11/3 to 14/3 at Vietnam Youth Football Training Center, by VFF and Referee Committee. In the physical test which was held on the afternoon 11 March, 63/68 referees passed the test, of which 10/10 woman referees were excellent passed. In 11 women assessors, there was only 1 who failed. The same, in 20 man referees, there were 16 passed people and only 4 failed man assessors in the total of 27 people participating in the test.
In this training course, the referees reviewed the rules, group discussion to analyze the case, conducting the knowledge test and disseminating the rules, organization plan for women and youth tournaments 2021.
After training course for women and youth football 2021, the referees will on duty at Women’s U19 National Championship 2021 which will be held from 16/3 to 8/4 at Thanh Tri stadium. Women and Youth football tournaments 2021 were planned by VFF to organize in the next months of quarter II/2021.
