Closing of the training course on match commissioners and referees of national non-professional football tournaments in 2023
On the morning of February 6, at the headquarters of the VFF, the closing ceremony of the training course on match commissioners and referees for the 2023 national non-professional football tournaments took place.

The ceremony was attended by: Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan – VFF President; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoi – Permanent member of the VFF Executive Committee, Mr. Do Van Nhat – Member of the VFF Executive Committee, Mr. Tran Huy Duc – Member of the VFF Executive Committee, Mr. Duong Nghiep Khoi – VFF General Secretary, Mr. Dang Thanh Ha – Chairman of the VFF Arbitration Committee and members of the Organizing Committee, the Arbitration Committee, lecturers, match commissioners and referees.
Reporting the results of the training course after 5 days of implementation, Ms. Mai Hoang Trang, the representative of the lecturers, confirmed that all members had successfully completed the tests and exercises on the field. The referees, assistants actively participated, brought high efficiency, well implemented the requirements and objectives of the training class.
Speaking at the ceremony, VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan affirmed: “Although this is a system of non-professional tournaments, I hope the match commissioners, referees and assistant referees improve their professionalism in the working consciousness. Because the Arbitration Committee will base on the capacity of professional referees and assistant referees to be ready to supplement the tournaments of the professional system in Vietnam.
I hope the match commissioners and referees continue to learn, accumulate experience, grow up soon, and meet the trust of the VFF. The environment in non-professional tournaments will be the necessary opportunity for you to develop and turn the acquired knowledge into operations of the real matches.
The National U17 qualifiers, the National Cup women’s football tournament and the national U16 women’s football championship will be the first tournaments in 2023 for non-professional match commissioners, referees, and assistants.
