The draw for the final tournament was held on December 2 at the Zafarshan Hall in Tashkent.
The 16 teams were drawn into four groups of four teams each. The teams were seeded according to their performance during the 2014 season.
The tournament acts as the AFC qualifier for the World Cup, as in previous editions that were held in the same year as the FIFA Futsal World Cup. The top five teams of the tournament will qualify for the 2016 FIFA Futsal World Cup in Colombia as the AFC representatives.
In preparation for the event, the Viet Nam team will convene later this month and will have a training session in Uzbekistan in January.
