AFC Women’s Champions League 2024/25 (Group C): Odisha FC has arrived in Ho Chi Minh City
In the early morning of October 3rd, the first visiting team in Group C of the AFC Women’s Champions League 2024/25, Odisha FC (India), arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, ready to participate in the tournament.

Among the travelers to Vietnam, the first 20 individuals (including 6 coaching staff members and 14 players) completed their immigration procedures at Tan Son Nhat International Airport this morning. With the guidance and assistance of airport personnel and tournament volunteers, the first members of the Odisha FC women’s team quickly collected their luggage and boarded a bus to the Đệ Nhất Hotel (which is also where the host team, Ho Chi Minh City Women’s Club, is staying during the tournament). Here, the check-in procedures were handled efficiently so that the team members could rest after their long flight. The club still has 7 players, including one goalkeeper, who will arrive in Vietnam after completing their visa procedures.
On the afternoon, Odisha FC women’s team will hold their first training session at Phu Tho Stadium to acclimate to the weather conditions in Ho Chi Minh City. Odisha FC is scheduled to play against Urawa Red (Japan) at 3:00 PM on October 6th at Thong Nhat Stadium.
