Speech of VFF Vice President term 8th (2018 – 2022)

Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan – Vice President of Professional Affair: Our dream is World Cup:

Recently, we have tried to comprehensive invest in national teams. Luckily, those investments are having a good result. This is a recognition of the Congress with the development of Vietnamese Football. Especially, for me, I can feel a big responsibility not only in our country but also overseas.

The Congress term 8th was organised to prepare for new term forward to develop youth football and grassroots. Vietnam had some changes in the journey of the Futsal team at the World Cup and U20 at World Cup. In the future, VFF will continue to invest in education and improve professional tournaments. The support of fans, the attention of the Government will be the motivation and responsibility for us.

Developing youth football, need many solutions. Besides that, VFF also encourages clubs to improve the education quality and cooperate with international football centres. On the other hand, VFF needs to increase the international relationship, it is the key to develop youth football.

Mr. Can Van Nghia – Vice President of Financial Sponsor: Increasing the financial sources for VFF is very important

There are two sides that we need to concern about on this issue. One is the financial source of member associations and local clubs, this is what I will focus on. After the Congress, I will suggest to President, other Vice President, and function committees to make the development strategy.

In my opinion, if we have a “clean” football, we will have strong finance. The clubs will have the income from sale tickets, sponsors. That is sustainable development.

For VFF, I concern about the Youth Football Training Centre. This is the house of many generations of Vietnamese Football. We need to find the investment for youth football.

Finding the investment for women’s football is a necessary thing.

Mr. Cao Van Chong – Vice President of Communication and Media: Communication and Media cannot independent with other affairs

Through the report of the Executive Committee term 7th and the useful comments, as the person in charge of communication and media, I will discuss will communication department to review and have a direction for better communication in a new period.

In my opinion, communication cannot independent with professional affairs and finances. While professional work is good, the image of Vietnamese Football will be more professional and have a better connection with spectators, therefore have a good connection with partners. Base on that, we will mobilize the contribution of more resources.
