Friendly match: U23 Vietnam 3-0 U23 Kyrgyzstan
In the friendly match on Oct 17 before the U23 Asian Cup 2022 Qualifier, U23 Vietnam won 3-0 over U23 Kyrgyzstan by a free-kick of Le Van Do and two goals of Tran Van Dat. This is the final rehearsal of U23 Vietnam before traveling to Kyrgyzstan.
During 35 minutes, the Vietnam team did not have dangerous situations to the goal of Tokotaev. Meanwhile, U23 Kyrgyzstan had sharply attacked.
In 29th and 32nd minutes, goalkeeper Van Chuan had an excellent performance while saving his team from dangerous shots. The first goal suddenly came to U23 Vietnam in the 37th minute, when Xuan Tu was fouled in the 16m50 area, then Van Do had a successful free kick from 11m.
In the second half, head coach Park Hang-seo adjusted the formation.
51st and 60th minute, Van Dat had two goals for U23 Vietnam.
The goals made U23 Vietnam playing better. The victory 3-0 in the final rehearsal match also makes the players more confident in the journey at U23 Asian Cup 2022.
Speaking at the post-match press conference, assistant Chu Ngoc Canh argued: “Compare to the previous match, this match with U23 Kyrgyzstan, the players have had a better familiarity with the weather conditions as well as the time difference. So the team played better.” He also stated that the players who have good performance in these two matches will be listed to play in the U23 Asian Cup Qualifier. |
