Head coach Park Hang-seo: “We still work hard to prepare the best plan for Vietnam National Team”
All football activities are suspending because of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, head coach Park Hang-seo and his partner are still working to have the best preparation for Vietnam National Team forward to the important tournaments this year when returning to the normal life.

Head coach Park Hang-seo shared that he and his assistants work every day. They watch the video of the team and analyze each player. Besides that, they are trying to set different tactics for each opponent.
At the World Cup 2020 Asia Qualifier 2nd Round, Vietnam still has 3 matches at Group G included the away-game with Malaysia, home-game with Indonesia, and away-game with UAE. In which, the match against Malaysia was postponed because of COVID-19 pandemic.
At this moment, the Vietnam team temporally is a winner of group G with 11 points, following by Malaysia (9 points), Thailand (8 points), UAE (6 points), and Indonesia. Therefore, the match against Malaysia is important. “They are a strong opponent and they play at home. If we can win, the opportunity to join in the next round is possible”. Head coach Park Hang-seo emphasized.
Mr. Park said that after two years, Vietnam National Team now needs a change to adapt to the new circumstance. However, every change needs time.
Head coach Park Hang-seo also hoped that after this time-off, the players who had injury can recover and come back to play with the team.
