Mr. Tô Văn Động elected as President of Hanoi Football Association 2020/2025
After a term of preparation and improvement of the Hanoi Football Association in a new situation, Hanoi Football Association’s Congress 2020/2025 was held on the morning of 5th Sep at Hanoi. Mr. Tô Văn Động – Director of Hanoi Culture and Sports Department elected to be president.

Attending the Congress, there were representatives of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Physical Training, Hanoi’s departments, members, clubs, sponsors, and press.
On behalf of VFF, there were Deputy Minister, President Lê Khánh Hải; Permanent Vice President Trần Quốc Tuấn; Permanent Member of the Committee Trần Anh Tú; General Secretary Lê Hoài Anh; Head of Grassroff Football Department Phạm Ngọc Tuấn; Director of Grassroots, Coaching Education & Affiliated Mas Lưu Quang Điện Biên.
On behalf of VFF’s Committee, Deputy Minister, President Lê Khánh Hải emphasized that Hanoi’s Football has big potential, especially at the grassroots, however, because of the transfer, in a long time, Hanoi Football Association faced many issues. Hence, the Congress of the Hanoi Football Association at this moment was an important event to evaluate the results and plan for the upcoming period.
Mr. Lê Khánh Hải appreciated the mission and direction of the Hanoi Football Association in the next period, as well as suggest the association to have the closely connect with VFF in the development of football, improve the grassroots in the city.
The congress elected the executive committee of the Hanoi Football Association term 2020/2025 and key positions. According to the result, Mr. Tô Văn Động – Director of Hanoi Culture and Sports Department elected to be the President. Vice President are Mr. Đặng Xuân Hưởng, Mr. Nguyễn Võ Huyền Dương, Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Vũ. The General Secretary of Hanoi Football Association is Mr. Đỗ Văn Nhật.
