Open the 2nd training program to learn from experiences in the mid-season on the working of assistants and referees work of the Professional National Football Championship 2020
After the 1st term at Hanoi, on the afternoon of 20th Sep, the 2nd term of the training program to learn from experiences in the mid-season on the working of assistants and referees work of the Professional National Football Championship 2020 opened at Thống Nhất Sports and Physical Training Centre (Ho Chi Minh City).
The delegation included: Mr. Cao Văn Chóng – VFF Vice President; Mr. Lê Hoài Anh – VFF General Secretary, Head of the Organization Board; Mr. Nguyễn Minh Ngọc – Deputy General Secretary; Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Thái – VPF Manager Officer. Mr. Dương Văn Hiền – Director of Referee Department; Mr. Nguyễn Minh Trí – Deputy Director of Referee Department, instructors and almost 70 assistants, referees, and assistant referees join in the 2nd term of the program.
On behalf of VFF, Mr. Cao Văn Chóng – VFF Vice President said: “VFF executive committee points out referee work is one of the most important work from now to the end of the year as well as many years later. VFF executive committee hopes the referee to more proactively discuss in the class to improve and learn experiences. In the 4.0 era, media grows up very quickly, therefore, the pressure of referees also bigger, fans have higher expectations on a referee. Hence, referees need to focus on the work and built the success for the tournament”.
Mr. Lê Hoài Anh – VFF General Secretary, Head of the Organization Board emphasized: “We need to analyze, evaluate, and seriously learn experience about the existing issue during previous time. This is very important work to improve the quality of the referee and also is the main target of this program”.
This year, due to the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, the program was divided into 2 terms, one in Hanoi, one in Ho Chi Minh City. Participated in the 2nd term is 67 referees and assistant referees. In which, there are 33 referees and assistant referees of V.League, 34 referees and assistant referees of V.League 2. Besides that, the program also has the attending of 8 assistant referees of Southern.
