Opening ceremony of Northern referee training course for National Professional football tournaments in 2022
On the afternoon of Sep 19, the northern referee training course for the National Professional football tournaments in 2022 opened at VFF’s house.
The delegation included Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan – VFF Acting President, Mr. Tran Anh Tu – Standing Member of the Executive Committee, Chairman of VPF; Mr. Duong Van Hien – Chairman of the Arbitration Committee, Member of the Executive Committee; Mr. Vo Minh Tri – Deputy Chairman of the Arbitration Committee, Member of the Executive Committee; Mr. Le Hoai Anh – General Secretary and representatives of a number of functional departments. Representative of VPF Company attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Minh Ngoc – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director. The opening ceremony was also attended by instructors, representatives of the training course organizer, and all assessors, the referee and press.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, VFF Acting President Tran Quoc Tuan emphasized the roles and responsibilities of the assessors and referees, and shared with the referees about the pressure when on giving decision in the fastest time. Therefore, Chairman Tran Quoc Tuan suggested that the Arbitration Committee and the referees focus on learning from serious problems in the past period to do better; Each individual needs to improve their bravery and responsibility to complete the task.
Mr. Tran Anh Tu – Standing member of the Executive Committee, Chairman of VPF said that referees need to have a firm grasp of theory to operate in reality. Mr. Tran Anh Tu also emphasized the drama in the next rounds of the season, when the teams compete for the championship and relegation, so the referees need to operate well to avoid affecting the results for the clubs.
VFF General Secretary Le Hoai Anh also suggested that the participants improve their sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and attend all training sessions to fully absorb the lessons; frankly discuss unclear issues, limitations and inadequacies in practical activities to clarify issues of concern, accumulate experience in order to improve professional qualifications.
The mid-season training session, organized by VFF and VPF, took place from September 19 to 21 at VFF’s house. The training session was organized to draw experience in assessor and referee work in the past time and at the same time continue to foster professional knowledge and expertise for assessors and referees to run the next rounds of the tournament.
