On behalf of the bureau of the Executive Committee, President Tran Quoc Tuan praised and thanked the serious working spirit and great efforts of the officers of VFF in the preparation and organization of the 9th VFF Congress (term of 2022-2026), thereby contributing to the great success of the Congress. President Tran Quoc Tuan emphasized that the event, which was successfully held in all aspects, was highly appreciated by leaders, VFF member organizations and delegates attending the congress. At the same time, it shows the professionalism, innovation and aspiration of Vietnamese football in the new term.
With the determination to successfully implement the Resolution of the 9th VFF Congress (term of 2022-2026), the bureau of the Executive Committee requested the VFF unity to urgently return to the working cycle and review the operation plans of the departments, there is absolutely no interruption in the transfer of duties between the two terms.
The bureau of the Executive Committee affirmed that the achievements of the 8th VFF (term of 2018-2022) pose many pressures and challenges to the term 9th (2022-2026). However, it is also a great motivation for the VFF to continue to strive, promote the collective wisdom and strength to successfully complete the assigned tasks, towards the big goal of the period 2022 – 2026, that is: Building a sustainable development of football and striving to bring our country’s football to be in the group of 10 countries with the leading football development in Asia in 2030.
Right after the meeting, General Secretary of the VFF Duong Nghiep Khoi had met with the leaders of functional departments to grasp and direct the implementation of the work in the program of VFF.
