On behalf of the leadership of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), Mr. Nguyễn Văn Phú – General Secretary of VFF, gave a speech assigning tasks. He mentioned that in 2024, under the guidance and close direction of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of VFF, along with the efforts of all members within the Vietnam football family, the non-professional football tournaments were carried out according to plan and concluded successfully. In 2025, it will continue to be a busy year for Vietnamese football, and the plans for new goals have already started to kick off.

According to the plan, during the three days of the training, the referees and assessors will discuss the competition rules, evaluate the results achieved, and identify areas that need improvement to meet the requirements set for the 2025 season’s organization. Immediately after the training session, the referees and assessors will be assigned to the 2025 National U19 Women’s Football Championship, one of the key tournaments in the youth football system and the development of Vietnamese football in general, and the national women’s football league in particular. To ensure the training is effective and of high quality, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Phú – General Secretary of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) requested that all members focus on fulfilling several key points: emphasizing responsibility and self-awareness, attending the full program to absorb all the content of the training; openly discussing any unclear issues, limitations, or shortcomings in their practical activities to work with the training organizing committee to clarify important issues, and accumulate experience to enhance their professional and technical skills.

An important part of each training session is the physical fitness test, which is scheduled to take place on the afternoon of February 5th at the Hanoi Athletics Stadium. Referees who pass the physical fitness test and meet other professional requirements will be assigned to officiate in the 2025 National Women’s and Youth Non-Professional Tournaments.
