VPF publish Super League Sponsor

The Import-Export Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank) continues travel with the national football league as main sponsor. In the first season under the organization and administration of Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company VPF, the highest league at club level will have a new name: Super League – Eximbank 2012.

Super League – Eximbank 2012 will bring together 14 professional clubs including: Becamex Binh Duong, Sai Gon FC, Ha Noi T&T, Ha Noi club, Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Kienlongbank Kien Giang, Khatoco Khanh Hoa, Thanh Hoa, Navibank Sai Gon, SHB Da Nang, Song Lam Nghe An, TDCS Dong Thap, Vicem Hai Phong & Ciment The Vissai Ninh Binh and the league is planned to kick-off since 31st December 2011 and 1st January 2012. 14 clubs will play in two round league formats (home-away). The champion will play in National Super Cup and will present Vietnam Football to participate in AFC Club Competition 2013, provided that the club meets the AFC criteria.

Speaking at the Super League 2012 Sponsor Promulgation Ceremony, VPF vice director Pham Phu Hoa believe that with the target of development, innovation and determination in the organization and administration, Super-League Eximbank 2012 will bring a new motivation toVietnam football.
