VFF First Instant Body met and decided to license the clubs to participate in the national competitions 2024/25
On the afternoon of June 18, the VFF First Instant Body met and decided to license the clubs to participate in the national competitions 2024/25.
Representatives of VFF leaders attending the meeting were Mr. Tran Anh Tu – Vice President. The VFF First Instant Body includes Associate Prof.Dr. Pham Ngoc Vien – Chairman, Ms. Nguyen Thi My Dung – Deputy Chairperson, Mr. Nguyen Duy Quang – Member, Mr. Luu Danh Minh – Member. The Appeal Body includes Mr. Nguyen Hai Huong – Deputy Chairman. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the VFF Board of General Secretariat and the VFF Club Licensing Administration.
At this meeting, members continued to work with the focus on deciding to license clubs to participate in the national competitions 2024/25, as below:
1. Licensed with conditions for 04 Football Clubs to participate national competitions 2024/25 included Becamex Binh Duong; HCMC; Song Lam Nghe An; SHB Da Nang;
2. Licensing with punishment for 08 Football Clubs to participate national competitions 2024/25 included Nam Dinh FC; PVF – CAND; Hanoi Police FC; Hanoi FC; The Cong – Viettel; Hong Linh Ha Tinh; Quang Nam; LPBank Hoang Anh Gia Lai;
3. Licensing with conditional punishment for 03 Football Clubs to participate national competitions 2024/25 included Hai Phong FC; Dong A Thanh Hoa; MerryLand Quy Nhon Binh Dinh; Truong Tuoi Binh Phuoc.
– For Hai Phong Football Club and MerryLand Quy Nhon Binh Dinh Football Club, no later than July 15, 2024, the clubs must submit documentation proving compliance with Financial Criteria (F.04). Failure to complete the dossier by the deadline will result in the VFF First Instant Body considering the revocation of the Club License.
4. Do not grant permission to Khanh Hoa Football Club to participate national competitions 2024/25 because they fail to meet the Grade A criteria for financial and infrastructural requirements.
Clubs that are granted licenses along with penalties or are not granted licenses have the right to appeal to the Appeals Board before 24 hours, June 21, 2024.
