VFF’s President Tran Quoc Tuan received and worked with FAS’s President Bernard Tan
On the morning of March 23 at the headquarters of the Vietnam Football Federation, Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan – President of the Vietnam Football Federation had a meeting and worked with Mr. Bernard Tan – President of the Football Association of Singapore. Accompanied by Mr. Duong Nghiep Khoi – VFF’s General Secretary.
At the meeting, leaders of the Vietnam and Singapore Football Federations exchanged and updated information on football development activities in the two countries. Both Federations are active members of the FIFA, AFC and AFF, so they work towards the common goal of supporting each other and promoting relationships to further promote the development of Vietnamese and Singaporean football in the coming period.
VFF’s President Tran Quoc Tuan and President of Singapore Football Federation Bernard Tan agreed to strengthen cooperation between Vietnamese football and Singapore football with specific activities, focusing on important contents such as team exchanges, creating human resources and developing professional football. The leaders of the two federations also expressed hope that in the near future, many players from Vietnam and Singapore will participate in the national championships of the two countries through player exchange activities between clubs from Vietnam and Singapore. Singapore, which will thereby contribute to helping players gain experience in international competition and develop their careers, especially young players.
On the occasion of the visit and working session with the leaders of the Vietnam Football Federation, FAS’s President Bernard Tan visited the headquarters of the Vietnam Football Federation and facilities at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center. The FAS’s President highly appreciated the investment and strategies of the Vietnam Football Federation for football development activities, and believed that Vietnam would continue to demonstrate its role as one of the leading of football in region.
