Vietnamese Assessor and Referees participate in the AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup 2022
AFF has officially appointed a team of Assessor and Referees to participate in the matches at the AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup 2022. Vietnam has 3 representatives, Assessor Dang Thanh Ha, Referee Ngo Duy Lan and Assistant Referee Nguyen Trung Hau.

Mr. Dang Thanh Ha was appointed as Referee Assessor in 2 matches in the group stage, including the Philippines – Brunei match on December 23, 2022 and the Laos – Singapore match on December 27, 2022.
Mr. Ngo Duy Lan and Mr. Nguyen Trung Hau participated in moderating the match between Brunei and Thailand on December 20, 2022.
Mr. Dang Thanh Ha is known as one of the most experienced referees of Vietnamese football. Dang Thanh Ha joined the VFF Arbitration Committee and was highly appreciated for his role as a national referee instructor, and also as a referee assessor at national football tournaments. At the international level, Mr. Dang Thanh Ha has also participated in the management of AFC and AFF tournaments, most recently at the AFF Suzuki Cup 2020. Last December 6 at the VFF Executive Committee 2nd meeting, Mr. Dang Thanh Ha was appointed as Chairman of VFF Arbitration Committee.
Mr. Ngo Duy Lan is one of the three FIFA referees of Vietnam and also a senior referee of the AFC. Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Trung Hau is a FIFA assistant referee of Vietnam who has been assigned by the AFC to perform tasks in Asian tournaments. Mr.Nguyen Trung Hau also participated in the management of the U23 Asian Cup – Changzhou 2018, the tournament in which U23 Vietnam made a miracle to reach the final match.
