Vietnamese football cooperates comprehensively with the Bundesliga
On Oct 22, VFF and Next Media signed the Memorandum of Understanding of the project “Young Vietnamese football talent incubator in Germany”. This is the result of a discussion to increase the full cooperation between VFF, Next Media, and Bundesliga for the future of Vietnamese football.

As a partner of Bundesliga for 5 years, Next Media worked effectively, aim to raise the level of Vietnamese football, as well as has actively connected to promote the comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam Football and Bundesliga.
With the ambition to let Vietnamese football join in the World Cup 2030, VFF has been investing in development projects and cooperating with top football countries in the world. In which, VFF focuses on the discovery and training of the potential players in a methodical and in-depth manner.
The project “Young Vietnamese football talent incubator in Germany” was built up from the idea of Next Media with the support of VFF and Bundesliga, to create the first opportunity for Vietnamese football talent to be competitive in one of the top professional football industries in the world. VFF, Next Media, and Bundesliga agreed to organise the youth teams (U15 or U17) annually come to be trained in Germany.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Chau – VFF Deputy General Secretary argued that: “VFF was so grad while hearing about the training programs for young players in Vietnam. This is a meaningful program and an opportunity for young players to practice in a developing football country like Germany. Through this program, the players will have the chance to play with professional teams, and gain the experience for future career”.
As the plan, each year, there is a youth team that goes to training in Bundesliga in 1 or 2 months with famous clubs…
Besides that, Next Media will produce the TV show accompanied by players during the training camp. Next Media will pay for these training camps.
Vice General Director Do Thanh Tung said that Next Media aimed to join in every activity of Vietnamese football, especially the development of youth football. “The cooperation with Bundesliga is one of the ambitions of Next Media to improve Vietnamese football. Young Vietnamese football talent incubator in Germany is a program will be implemented by Next Media and VFF”.
With this program, coaches and players can improve the professional affair while practicing in a top-level football environment, thereby raising the qualification of youth national teams, adding more strength to clubs and national teams in the future.
