Women’s U18 National team adapts with the condition in Palempang
This morning (July 20), the Women’s U18 team had the first training session on the field in the city of Palempang (Indonesia), where the matches of the U18 women’s football tournament of the AFF Women U-18 Championship 2022 will take place.

Due to a long journey from Vietnam to Indonesia, the coaching assistants only arranged light training with the ball, aiming for the players to gradually catch up and adapt before starting the main preparation exercises for upcoming matches.
The weather in Palempang is quite hot with a temperature of nearly 34 degrees. The Vietnamese team is arranged by the organizers to have a training ground about 25 minutes from the hotel by bus. Although still a bit tired, but most of the players are excited to be adapting well to the conditions here.
It is expected that the U18 Vietnam women’s football team will have 2 training sessions per day, before entering the first match against Singapore at 3:30 pm on July 24 at Gelora Jakabaring Stadium.
