Friendly Vietnam Team – Borussia Dortmund Club: Promises a spectacular performance
On the afternoon of October 26 in Hanoi, Vietnam Football Federation and Next Media Company held a ceremony to announce the friendly match between Vietnam Team and Borussia Dortmund Club, taking place at 19:00 on November 30, 2022 at My Dinh National Stadium. In addition to the expectation of an attractive and dedicated performance between the two teams, the match is also considered a warm-up for the AFF Cup 2022 campaign of coach Park Hang Seo’s team.

On behalf of VFF, Mr. Le Hoai Anh – General Secretary said that following new steps in the cooperation relationship in many fields between Vietnamese football and German football, with the support of the German Football Federation. With the support of the Bundesliga organizers (DFL), Next Media Company) and its partners, the Vietnam Football Federation is very pleased to welcome Borussia Dortmund Club – one of the elite representatives of German football club football to Vietnam to compete in a friendly with Vietnam Team. This tour to Hanoi of Borussia Dortmund club is a continuation of activities that have been and are being implemented, with the cooperation of Next Media, VFF and Dortmund club, thereby affirming the close relationship as well as enhancing the strategic partnership of the German football team with Next Media and the Vietnam Football Federation as well as dedicating to the development of Vietnamese football.

The representative of Borussia Dortmund Club, Ms. Julia Farr expressed her joy when bringing the first team of Borussia Dortmund club to fans in Vietnam. With the support of Next Media, VFF, DFL and partners Evonik, Puma, Rowe and Topps, Borussia Dortmund Club is confident to bring a unique experience in Vietnam with many interesting highlights. Julia Farr hopes that the match between Vietnam Team and Borussia Dortmund Club will also be a gift to coach Park Hang-seo for his contributions to the development of Vietnamese football.
It is expected that the strongest squad at that time of the UEFA Champions League champion in the 1996 – 1997 season will come to Vietnam and play at My Dinh national stadium.
