U23 squad to play friendlies
Viet Nam's U23 team will play two friendly matches against Indonesia and Uzbekistan before taking part in the Asian championship's qualifier round.

The first match against Indonesia is scheduled for March 9 and the second against Uzbekistan will be held five days later. The venues for both the matches will be confirmed later.
The qualifying round will be organised from March 23 to 31 in Malaysia.
Viet Nam are part of the Group I, along with Japan, Macau and the hosts.
A list of 40 players has been issued to the national coaching board and the players are expected to arrive in Ha Noi in late February.
