The first semifinal match of the tournament was a clash between Ho Chi Minh City and Than Khoáng Sản Vietnam (Than KSVN). Riding high after their victory in the AFC Women’s Champions League, Ho Chi Minh City played excellently against Than KSVN. In the 15th minute, receiving a pass from Huỳnh Như, Vietnam-born Chelsea midfielder Lien Le made a one-touch finish to open the scoring for the southern team. Than KSVN responded by attacking in search of an equalizer, but the efforts of the mining team were still unsuccessful. Nguyễn Thị Vạn and her teammates couldn’t find a way through the opponent’s defense. The first half ended with Ho Chi Minh City holding a 1-0 lead.

In the second half, Huỳnh Như once again made her mark. In the 50th minute, she controlled the ball, passed Bảo Trâm, and fired a powerful shot to extend the lead to 2-0. In the 57th minute, Huỳnh Như successfully converted a penalty, increasing the score to 3-0. With nothing left to lose, Coach Đoàn Minh Hải urged his players to push forward. If they lost, they would soon be dethroned as champions. However, while the attack struggled to find its rhythm, Than KSVN’s defense continued to make mistakes. In the 66th minute, Khổng Thị Hằng managed to block a shot from Chelsea Lien Le, but Thùy Trang was quick to follow up and made it 4-0. In the 90th minute, K’Thủa sealed a sweet 5-0 victory, and Ho Chi Minh City advanced to the final.

In the second semifinal, Thai Nguyen T&T secured a narrow 2-1 victory over Phong Phú Hà Nam, earning the right to play in the final.

In the 5th place playoff, Hanoi faced Son La, and there were no surprises. Biện Thị Hằng scored a brace in the first half, helping the capital team lead 2-0. Son La’s efforts in the second half proved ineffective as they conceded 4 more goals, finishing the match with a 0-6 loss.
