Vietnam National Team and Cerezo Osaka to Participate in YANMAR CUP 2015

Mr. Le HoaiAnh – General Secretary of Vietnam Football Federation said:” Vietnam National U-23 Team will start a year full of major events of the Vietnam Football by competing in the qualifiers of the 2016 AFC U-23 Championship. This is a top- ranking tournament of youth football in the continental and it also serve as an arena for the most potential players of Vietnam to show their talent and desire to reach new heights.

In order to help the Vietnam National U-23 Team having the best preparation in terms of expertise, besides ensuring all requirements regarding facilities, equipment for training are met, the Vietnam Football Federation will also build plans for the team to compete in different competitions, testing squad for the young footballers as well as coach Toshiya Miura. The friendly match with Cerezo Osaka football club will serve as one of the important highlights.

Vietnam Football Federation hopes that through the match with the strong team from Japan, the young players of Vietnam National U-23 Team will get all experience needed to launch the campaign for the 2016 AFC U-23 qualifiers that will take place in Qatar from 14^th to 20^th January 2016.”
