Open the training course for Assessors and Referees of the national professional football tournaments 2021
On the afternoon of Jan 10, at Hanoi Sports Training Centre, the opening ceremony of the training course for Assessors and Referees of the national professional football tournaments 2021 was held.
The delegation included Mr. Trần Quốc Tuấn – VFF Vice Permanent President; Mr. Dương Văn Hiền – Member of VFF Executive Committee, Director of Referee Committee; Mr. Lê Hoài Anh – VFF General Secretary, Head of the Organization Committee; Mr. Nguyễn Minh Ngọc – CEO of VPF; Mr. Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng – Director of Hanoi Sports Training Centre.
Speak at the ceremony, Mr. Lê Hoài Anh thanked VPF and stakeholders to organize a successful season in 2020, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. He emphasized that even the season 2020 is completed, we still need to evaluate the limitation to meet the expectations of the spectator. Regarding the referee side, VFF was always concerned and had guidance to ensure the quality of the training course, thereby improve the strength and ability.
On behalf of the VFF Executive Committee, Mr. Trần Quốc Tuấn appreciated the effort of assessors, referees, and media staff to make the success for national professional tournaments. He argued that 2021 will be a busy year with many challenges for Vietnamese Football. To complete the international mission, we need to ensure the quality of national tournaments. And to do that, assessors and referees need to focus on the mission, ensure the responsibility in each match as the Regulation of tournaments.
Mr. Trần Quốc Tuấn stated that the Rule is having to adjust to adapt to a real situation. Match commissioners, referee assessors, and referees also have the responsibility to guide the clubs and players to follow the rule.
The course will end on Jan 14. On the morning of Jan 11, referees and referee assistants will do the physical test. The person who passes the test will be allowed to work in the first period of national professional tournaments in 2021.
