Selling ticket for the LPBANK CUP 2024 International Friendly Tournament
The Organisation Committee announced the plan to sell tickets for the LPBANK CUP 2024 International Friendly Tournament with the participation of Vietnam, Russia and Thailand national team at the My Dinh Stadium, Hanoi.

B/ Ticket issuance and payment method:
I/ Ticketing system: VinID application (Starting from August 29, VinID will be upgraded to OneU. The convenient ticket booking feature will remain the same, allowing customers to choose their favorite matches).
II/ Sales time
Period 1: From 09h00 on 21th August, 2024 until 23h59 on 27th August, 2024 (Customers can simultaneously purchase tickets for three days of matches).
Period 2: From 00h00 on 28th August, 2024 until 23h59 on 28th August (Customers can simultaneously purchase tickets for the match between the Russia national team and Thailand national team on September 7, as well as the match between the Vietnam national team and Thailand national team on September 10);
Period 3: From 00h00 on 29th August, 2024 until 23h59 on 2nd September (Customers can purchase tickets for the match between the Vietnam national team and Thailand national team on September 10).
III/ How to buy tickets:
1. At the “Mua vé” (Buy ticket) feature on the VinID app ((Starting from August 29, VinID will be upgraded to OneU. The convenient ticket booking feature will remain the same, allowing customers to choose their favorite matches), choose to buy tickets and pay by e-wallet VinID Pay, domestic card, or international card. Note: download or update the application to the latest version.
2. Use the ID Card/passport
IV/ Delivery and receipt of tickets
1. Delivery directly through the express delivery service of Vietnam Post (VietnamPost) to the registered customer address;
2. Conditions for receiving tickets: Have an original ID card for comparison;
Note: In case of authorization, the replacement recipient needs to have the original ID card and a photocopy of the authorizer and the authorized person; power of attorney specifying the information of the authorizer and the authorized person as well as confirming that there is no complaint with the organisation committee about the number of tickets handed over/not handed over by the authorized person.
3. Estimated time of ticket delivery:
3.1 Customers receive tickets from 29th August, 2024, at the registered address;
3.2 For tickets purchased with unclear and/or incomplete receiving address information or not delivered to customers, they will be paid only at the 01 (one) address of VietnamPost post office. As below:

C/ Other information:
1. In order to ensure security and safety for ticket issuance, the match organisation committee may adjust the plan and method of ticket issuance based on reality conditions;
2. Customers are responsible for preserving their own tickets after purchase;
3. Do not bring sharp objects, fireworks, pepper spray, or any similar items… that can cause injury to others or banned substances as prescribed by Vietnamese Law into the match area;
4. Organisation committee reserves the right to refuse the participation of any spectator who does not comply with the regulations and does not refund tickets.
