U19 Vietnam completed the gathering period 3rd, head coach Philippe Troussier appreciated the effort of the players
U19 Vietnam had 1 week practicing at PVF. This was the 3rd training camp of the team on 2020 forward to AFC U19 Championship 2020.

Take advantage of the suspending time of the national tournament due to the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, head coach Philippe Troussier called many players who will be the key part in the campaign of AFC U19 Championship 2020. These players almost play at National Championship Division 2 and belonging to clubs such as Phú Thọ, CAND, Viettel. In his opinion, head coach Troussier argued that the players at this camp are good and always show the effort, as well as positively, learn from the coaching assistants during the sessions.
Before finishing the camp, on the afternoon of 28th Aug, head coach Philippe Troussier made the test for the players. It was the game with the Phố Hiến club.
Through this training camp, head coach Philippe Troussier knows deeply about the ability of the players, thereby he can build the plan for the next training period which will take place in 3 weeks before the team joins in AFC U19 Championship 2020.
Until now, AFC doesn’t decide about the organization of AFC U19 Championship 2020. However, VFF still proactive in planning the solutions to ensure U19 Vietnam has the best preparation.
