VFF joins the FIFA Global Integrity Programme – AFC edition
On the afternoon of Feb 23, VFF General Secretary Le Hoai Anh, Manager Office Cao Ngoc Cam, and function departments of VFF joined the FIFA Global Integrity Programme – AFC edition organized by AFF and Qatar Football Association (QFA). This program aimed at providing the integrity officers of FIFA’s member association with an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon of match manipulation and measures to tackle it effectively.

The program took place in 3 days from Feb 23 to 25-2021 with the attending of member associations in ASEAN. Mr. Saoud Al Mahannadi – AFC Vice President and Mr. Khiev Sameth – AFF President joined the program.
AFF President Khiev Sameth stated that the topics of this program have a big effect on AFF and member associations, thereby raising the knowledge about the phenomenon of match manipulation and measures to tackle it effectively.
The last day in this program is the time to discuss the experience of QFA on the organization of football events during the pandemic, in which FIFA Club World Cup 2021.
VFF General Secretary Le Hoai Anh argued that VFF also learned about the FIFA and AFC guidance as well as research on the situation of Vietnam to set a guideline for national tournaments during the pandemic.
