The 1st Hoa Binh Provincial Football Association Congress, term 2022 – 2027
On March 25, the Hoa Binh Provincial Football Association held the 1st Congress, term 2022 – 2027 with the participation of 52 delegates representing organizations and units of the Hoa Binh Football Association.
