Vietnam Futsal team arrived in Lithuania, ready for the FIFA Futsal World Cup 2021
After finish the training camp and friendly tournament in Spain, Vietnam Futsal National Team moved to Lithuania to complete the final preparation step before the first match in FIFA Futsal World Cup 2021.

Even facing many difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, especially the performance of players while domestic tournaments had to postpones, the initiative in taking plan and the support from VFF help the futsal team to have an effective training camp.
Before moving to Lithuania, head coach Pham Minh Giang adjusted the shortlist with 16 players in total 17 players of the team.
In an interview with FIFA, captain Tran Van Vu showed the confidence of the team to get the achievement as 2016 season.
Head coach Pham Minh Giang also shared that: “On behalf of the team, I would like to thank the support and encouragement of Vietnamese fans. Definitely, we will always work hard and compete with the Vietnamese spirit to get the best result. I also wish that Vietnamese will win over the pandemic and being healthy”.
In the FIFA World Cup Lithuania 2021, the Vietnam futsal team will meet Brazil’s team on Sep 13, then meet Panama’s team on Sep 16, and the Czech Republic on Sep 19.
