Vietnam Futsal team had negative result with SARS CoV-2, ready for training
To prepare for the FIFA Futsal World Cup Lithuania 2021, on the morning of Jul 19, all members of the Futsal National Team did the RT-PCR. After received the negative result, the team started the training in Ho Chi Minh City’s Physical Training and Sports Centre.

This is the second test of the team. The first time is on Jul 17. Before that, the team also completed the vaccination of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mr. Tran Anh Tu – Member of VFF Executive Committee, Head of Futsal Committee, Head of Futsal Delegation in FIFA World Cup 2021 stated that the team will continue to follow the regulation to prevent the COVID-19 during the gathering time. Until 25th Aug, the team will move to Spain for a friendly tournament and will travel to Lithuania on Sep 4.
