Vietnam National team negative with SARS-CoV-2 in the first test of the quarantine
As the latest news, on Jun 17, Vietnam National team arrived in Vietnam after the World Cup 2022 Asian Qualifier. The team is in the quarantine in a hotel in District 7, HCM City, and has done the first RT-PCR test.
As the result, all members are negative with SAR-CoV-2. The next test will be done on day 6th (Jun 23).
Before traveling, the team had 2 injections to prevent COVID-19. During the competition time, the team followed the “bubble regulation” of AFC.
On the fly, the team stayed in a private cabin and wore PPE at all times.
In the hotel, each player has a room with exercise equipment. The daily meal is checked by the doctor of the team to ensure nutrition.
When finishing this quarantine, the team will continue to do self-quarantine at home and self-monitor health for 28 days since arriver day.
