Trí scored a hat-trick to help world No 42 Việt Nam beat world No 24 Guatemala 4-2 in their opening game at the World Cup.
Besides Trí, Brazil’s Falcao, Argentina’s Cristian Borruto and Thailand’s Suphawut Thueanklang were also named on the list.
Earlier, Việt Nam’s team won the fair play award following its impressive performance at the event for only getting four yellow in four matches, earning a ticket to compete in round 16 of the event.
