Opening ceremony of the AFC/VFF professional diploma coaching course – Module 1
On the morning of the June 9, the opening ceremony of the AFC/VFF professional diploma coaching course – Module 1 was held at VFF’s house.
The delegation included Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan – VFF Acting President; Mrs. Nguyen Thanh Ha – VFF Deputy General Secretary; Mr. Yusuke Adachi – VFF Technical Director, instructor of the course and trainees from clubs, centre.
The AFC/VFF professional diploma coaching course – Module 1 is part of the training and retraining program to improve professional qualifications for the team of football coaches in Vietnam, coordinated by VFF and AFC. This is the highest level coach training course in the AFC coach certification system.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Yusuke Adachi – VFF Technical Director, instructor of the course shared: “Recently, the Vietnamese national teams have achieved many achievements in the region, but we need aiming for tournaments at a higher level. Compared with developed countries in football, Vietnamese football still has many things to improve, which is the responsibility of the coaches who attend these courses. Coaches are the key to the development of Vietnamese football. Learning and achieving a professional coach certification is not only for the purpose of directing on the field, coaches also play an important role in many aspects of football life. We hope that the trainees will try to complete the course together and make good strides in their careers.”
On behalf of the trainees, coach Hua Hien Vinh (Lam Dong Football Club) thanked AFC and VFF for creating conditions for the trainee to attend the course. “This is a useful and meaningful class for coaches in Vietnam, an opportunity to improve professional knowledge, management capacity and exchange and learn practical knowledge from instructor and coaches. On behalf of the trainees, I promise to try to improve and learn to achieve the desired results, try to complete all 4 stages of the course, thereby absorbing new knowledge from the developed football background country for self-improvement”.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan – VFF Acting President emphasized: “Since 2015, the VFF has opened up extensive cooperation directions with international federations, thereby bringing Vietnamese football towards sustainable development. In 2018, the VFF signed a cooperation agreement with the Japan Football Federation, with the witness of the Prime Ministers of the two countries. These conditions have brought development to Vietnamese football in recent years with a series of achievements in 5 consecutive years. Football has a big spiritual role for fans across the country. So the responsibility of football people is great.”
“The AFC/VFF professional diploma coaching course – Module 1 was organized with the efforts of the class organizers, the determination of Technical Director Yusuke Adachi to continue to create a development foundation for Vietnamese football. VFF believes that the trainees will complete the course in the best way, contributing to making the country’s football more and more professional”, said VFF Acting President Tran Quoc Tuan.
Module 1 of the AFC/VFF professional diploma coaching course will take place from June 9 to June 29, 2022 at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center and the PVF Youth Football Training Center.
