Opening ceremony of the AFC/VFF ‘C’ Certificate Coaching Course in Hai Phong City
On the morning of December 4, in Hai Phong City, the opening ceremony of the AFC/VFF ‘C’ Certificate Coaching Course was held with the participation of 24 course trainees from clubs and football centers nationwide.

Attending the ceremony, were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nghia – Director of Hai Phong Sports Training and Competition Center; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thao – Deputy Director of Hai Phong Sports Training and Competition Center; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hieu – Head of Hai Phong Sports Training and Competition Department; Mr. Pham Viet Trang – Manager of Hai Phong Sports Training and Competition Center Gymnasium; Mr. Luu Quang Dien Bien – Director of Grassroots, Coaching Education and MAs Affairs, Deputy Chairman of the Course Organizing Committee with tutors Tran Duc Toan, Dang Van Thanh, Van Thi Thanh and members of the Course Organizing Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Duc Toan, on behalf of the instructor and teaching tutors of the course, expressed his joy at being appointed by VFF and being able to independently teach this course under the supervision of Technical Director Koshida Takeshi.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nghia – Director of Hai Phong Sports Training and Competition Center warmly welcomed the representatives of the Vietnam Football Federation and the trainees who were present and attended the course at the same time hope that the trainees will complete the study program so that they can train many talented people for football in particular and Vietnamese sports in general.
Representative of the Vietnam Football Federation, Mr. Luu Quang Dien Bien – Director of the Grassroots, Coaching Education, MAs Affairs; Deputy Chairman of the Course Organizing Committee sent his thanks to the leaders of the Hai Phong Sports Training and Competition Center, although the preparation time was very short, coordinated with VFF to arrange facilities to meet AFC’s requirements. “Recently, VFF was recognized by AFC as a professional member in coach training, being able to independently teach C, B, A, and Pro courses. This C certificate coaching course held in Hai Phong is very special, marking the first time Vietnamese lecturers can independently teach under the supervision of Technical Director Koshida Takeshi. VFF hopes that in the future there will be many localities throughout the country coordinating with VFF to organize courses, and also recommends that during the 2 weeks the course takes place, trainees will seriously make efforts to study and achieve results. The AFC/VFF ‘C’ Certificate Coaching Course will take place from December 4 to December 16 at the Hai Phong Sports Training and Competition Center, Hai Phong City.
