Attending the closing ceremony were Mr. Trần Quốc Tuấn – President of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF); Mr. Koshida Takeshi – VFF Technical Director; Mr. Lê Huỳnh Đức – Member of the National Coaching Council and instructor; Ms. Nguyễn Thanh Hà – VFF Deputy General Secretary; Mr. Lưu Quang Điện Biên – Director of Grassroots, Coaching Education & Affiilated MAs; Mr. Vũ Minh Thắng – Technical Director’s language assistant, along with members of the organizing committee and the eight coaches who participated in the workshop. Among the participants were coaches who have previously worked with national youth teams, such as Hứa Hiền Vinh, Lê Phước Tứ, and Phan Bá Hùng.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Technical Director Koshida Takeshi shared: “Two years ago, when I first arrived in Vietnam, I envisioned a plan to build a team of Vietnamese football coaching instructors. Today, that plan has taken its first step. I am very pleased and hopeful that with this newly trained pool of instructors, we will be able to organize more AFC C coaching license courses, thereby contributing to the development of Vietnamese football from its very foundation.”

Sharing the same perspective, instructor Lê Huỳnh Đức expressed his hope that the participants, after completing the workshop, would be given opportunities to teach or assist in AFC C coaching license courses organized by the Vietnam Football Federation. This, he said, would help them further improve their professional expertise and eventually qualify to instruct higher-level coaching courses in the future.

On behalf of the VFF Executive Committee, President Trần Quốc Tuấn delivered remarks at the ceremony, acknowledging the vision and dedication of Technical Director Koshida Takeshi and instructor Lê Huỳnh Đức. He emphasized the significance of building a team of coaching instructors as a key factor in the sustainable development of Vietnamese football.

According to President Trần Quốc Tuấn, the establishment of an instructor network will create a strong support system for football training, especially in the area of youth development, where the role of coaches is crucial.

Building on the results achieved from the workshop, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) will continue to develop and expand its team of coaching instructors, aiming for autonomy in grassroots coach training. This effort will gradually improve the quality of both coaches and players, contributing to the overall development of Vietnamese football.
