Women’s National Cup 2026: Phong Phu Ha Nam Women’s FC cruise to big win as Hanoi I Women’s FC share points with Than KSVN Women’s FC
This afternoon (16 May), the Women’s National Cup 2026 continued with two notable matches. Phong Phu Ha Nam Women’s FC secured a 4-0 victory over the lower-rated Hanoi II Women’s FC, while Hanoi I Women’s FC and Than KSVN Women’s FC played out a goalless draw.

In the 4:00 pm match, Phong Phu Ha Nam Women’s FC quickly took control of the game and soon gained the advantage. Vu Thi Hoa opened the scoring in the 26th minute before Cao Thi Linh shone with a brace in the 39th and 45+3 minutes, giving the northern side a commanding 3-0 lead at halftime.
In the second half, Hanoi II Women’s FC tried hard to find a way back into the match but were unable to break through their opponents’ solid defence. In the 82nd minute, Nguyen Thi Hong Hue scored to seal a 4-0 victory for Phong Phu Ha Nam Women’s FC.
In the later match at 7:00 pm, Hanoi I Women’s FC and Than KSVN Women’s FC produced a tightly contested encounter. Despite losing several key players ahead of the tournament, the mining-region side still played with great determination and discipline, successfully keeping a clean sheet to earn a valuable point.
Hanoi I Women’s FC also created several chances but were unable to convert them, as the match ended goalless with no goals scored.
