Announcement of ticket sales plan for Vietnam’s home matches in the Group Stage of the ASEAN Hyundai Cup 2026
The Organising Committee announces the ticket sales plan for Vietnam’s home matches in the group stage of the ASEAN Hyundai Cup 2026 as follows:
- Vietnam vs Singapore, 20:00 on 31 July 2026 at My Dinh National Stadium, Hanoi;
- Vietnam vs Cambodia, 20:00 on 7 August 2026 at My Dinh National Stadium, Hanoi.
A/ TICKET PRICES
- VND 500,000 per ticket
- VND 400,000 per ticket
- VND 300,000 per ticket
- VND 200,000 per ticket
B/ TICKET DISTRIBUTION AND DELIVERY
I/ Ticket Sales Channel
Tickets will be sold exclusively via the Techcombank OneU app (formerly the OneU app).
1/ Online Ticket Sales Period
- Vietnam vs Singapore: Online sales will open at 10:00 on 17 July 2026 and close at 23:59 on 25 July 2026, or when tickets are sold out, whichever comes first.
- Vietnam vs Cambodia: Online sales will open at 10:00 on 20 July 2026 and close at 23:59 on 29 July 2026.
III/ How to Purchase Tickets
- On the “Buy Tickets” feature of the Techcombank OneU app, select “Buy Tickets” and make payment using the methods integrated into the Techcombank OneU app, including domestic cards, international cards and Upoint points.
Note: Please download or update the app to the latest version.
2/ Use a valid Citizen Identity Card/Passport.
IV/ TICKET DELIVERY AND COLLECTION REGULATIONS
1/ Ticket Delivery Method
Tickets will be delivered directly via Vietnam Post’s express delivery service to the address registered by the customer.
2/ Ticket Collection Requirements
The original Citizen Identity Card/Passport must be presented for verification.
Note: In the case of authorisation, the authorised person collecting the tickets must present photocopies of the Citizen Identity Cards/Passports of both the authorising person and the authorised person, together with an authorisation letter clearly stating the information of both parties and confirming that no complaints will be made to the Organising Committee regarding the number of tickets handed over or not handed over by the authorising person.
3/ Expected Ticket Delivery Schedule
3.1 Tickets delivered by Vietnam Post to the registered address
The expected delivery period begins on 24 July 2026.
Vietnam vs Singapore, 20:00 on 31 July 2026:
- Tickets purchased by 23:59 on 22 July: Nationwide delivery to the address registered by the customer at the time of purchase (*).
- Tickets purchased from 00:00 on 23 July to 23:59 on 25 July: Delivery to the address registered by the customer in provinces and cities in the northern region (**).
- For tickets registered for collection at a Vietnam Post office: a service fee of VND 25,000 applies.
Vietnam vs Cambodia, 20:00 on 7 August 2026:
- Nationwide delivery to the address registered by the customer at the time of purchase (*).
3.2 For consignments that cannot be delivered to the registered address
Tickets will be returned to the designated Vietnam Post office for collection.

(*) Tickets will be delivered by Vietnam Post’s express delivery service to the address registered by the customer. A delivery fee of VND 30,000 applies.
(**) Delivery applies to customers in 18 northern provinces and cities (new administrative units following the merger, excluding remote areas): Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Son La, Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Cao Bang, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Hanoi, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An and Ha Tinh.
D/ OTHER NOTES
- To ensure security and safety during ticket distribution, the Match Organising Committee may adjust the ticket distribution plan and method based on actual circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for keeping their tickets safe after purchase.
- Spectators are prohibited from bringing sharp objects, fireworks, pepper spray or any similar items that may cause injury to others, as well as prohibited substances under Vietnamese law, into the event venue.
- The Organising Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to any spectator who fails to comply with the regulations, without refunding the ticket price.
