Excitedly opening the finals of the U15 National Football Championship – Acecook Cup 2023
On the afternoon of August 10, at Ba Ria stadium (Ba Ria Vung Tau province) took place the opening ceremony and the match between the host Ba Ria Vung Tau and PVF – CAND in the final round of the U15 National Championship – Acecook Cup 2023.

Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Duong Nghiep Khoi – VFF General Secretary; Mr. Phung Nguyen Tuong Minh – representative of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ba Ria Vung Tau province, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dong Phuong – Head of the match organizing committee, representative of the leader of the host unit. Representative of the Sponsor of the tournament, attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Kajiwara Shinsuke – Deputy Director of Marketing Department of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company (the main sponsor of the tournament), Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai – Deputy General Director of the Thai Son Nam Group and Mr. Le Quang Tuan Vu – representative of Dong Luc Joint Stock Company.

In the opening statement of the tournament, on behalf of the VFF, General Secretary Duong Nghiep Khoi emphasized: “This tournament is officially part of the national youth football competition system and has become a familiar rendezvous point for young players exchange, compete against each other, train their talents, and at the same time contribute to stabilizing the competition system of the country’s football. In recent years, the VFF has made changes to the competition format, in order to increase the chances of young players to compete against each other, and this has been highly appreciated by clubs, teams as well as create a healthy competitive environment, promote the development of both quantity and quality for the next class of players of the club in particular and the national teams in general.

The final round of the National U15 Football Championship – Acecook Cup 2023 with the participation of 12 teams including: Hanoi, PVF CAND, Viettel, PVF, Song Lam Nghe An, Hong Linh Ha Tinh, SHB Da Nang, Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Ba Ria Vung Tau (the host of the finals), Khanh Hoa, Phu Dong and Tay Ninh. The best teams will be divided into 03 groups, each group has 04 teams and competes in a round-robin format, ranking to choose 03 first-place teams, 03 second-placed teams and 02 third-placed teams with success. The best results are in the Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Finals.
