Identifying the four teams that have earned promotion to the 2026 National Second Division
Matchday 10, held on 22 and 23 November, officially concluded the 2025 National Third Division, thereby confirming the four teams promoted to the 2026 National Second Division: Phu Dong Youth, Ha Tinh Sports Training and Competition Centre, Truong Giang Gia Dinh, and Hanoi Police Youth.

In Group A, Phu Dong Youth affirmed their status as promotion contenders with a 3–0 victory over Luxury Ha Long at Hoai Duc Stadium. Nguyen An Phat opened the scoring in the 6th minute, before Nguyen Thanh Vinh and Phan Xuan Thang each added a goal to secure a comprehensive win for the home side.
In the simultaneous match, Hanoi Police Youth maintained their solid form with a 2–0 win against Dao Ha Football Centre, thereby becoming the best-performing runner-up of the tournament and earning promotion.

Phu Dong FC earned promotion as the top team in Group A
In Group B, Khanh Hoa Sports Training and Competition Centre made a significant impression with a 1–0 victory over Becamex Ho Chi Minh City Youth, thanks to an early 8th-minute goal from Nguyen Tuan Hung. In another notable matchup, Dak Lak Youth defeated Thong Nhat TPG Youth 3–1, closing out the tournament with an impressive performance. However, the result did not alter the promotion race, as Ha Tinh Sports Training and Competition Centre held the advantage over the coastal team on goal difference.

In Group C, the battle for second place was intense, but Truong Giang Gia Dinh—who had already secured the top spot after Matchday 8—continued to show their strength with a 1–0 win over An Giang at Minh Khoa Stadium, completing their campaign unbeaten.
In the remaining matches, Dong Thap Youth played out a dramatic 5–5 draw with Dong Nai Youth in a ten-goal thriller, while STP FOOD Ho Chi Minh City defeated Dong Nai University of Technology 2–1 thanks to a 66th-minute winner from Ngoc Thien.

Concluding the season, the three group winners—Phu Dong Youth, Ha Tinh Sports Training and Competition Centre, and Truong Giang Gia Dinh—along with the best runner-up, Hanoi Police Youth, became the four teams earning spots in the 2026 National Second Division.
