On the afternoon of October 10th, the delegation of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), led by Chairman Trần Quốc Tuấn, visited and worked with the Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation (HFF). Also participating in the delegation were Mr. Nguyễn Văn Phú – General Secretary of VFF, Mr. Nguyễn Hiền Lương – Head of the Inspection Committee, Mr. Lưu Quang Điện Biên – Head of the Grassroots Football, Training & Member Organization Department, along with representatives from the functional departments of VFF.
