Vietnam Sports Delegation Leader Nguyen Hong Minh visits and encourages the Vietnamese women’s futsal team
On the morning of December 13th, in Nonthaburi, Thailand, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Department of Gymnastics and Sports, Head of the Vietnam Sports Delegation at SEA Games 33, Nguyen Hong Minh, visited and encouraged the Vietnamese women’s futsal team.

At the meeting, Head of the Vietnam Sports Delegation Nguyen Hong Minh acknowledged and praised the team’s determined and efforts-driven spirit in their 3-1 victory over the Indonesian women’s futsal team in the opening match of the women’s futsal event at SEA Games 33. He highly valued the team’s serious preparation, team spirit, and resilience on the field, which helped the team start the competition favorably.
Nguyen Hong Minh also shared words of encouragement to the coaching staff and athletes to maintain focus, continue to leverage their strengths shown in the opening match, and quickly adjust and improve their skills to aim for high achievements in upcoming matches.
On behalf of the team, team leader Bui Thi Hien Luong and head coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang expressed their gratitude for the timely support and encouragement from the leadership of the Vietnam Department of Sports and the Vietnam Sports Delegation. This encouragement serves as an important motivation, boosting the team’s confidence and determination to perform well in the upcoming matches at SEA Games 33.
