Speaking at the opening ceremony to announce the main sponsor of the National Women’s Football Championship – Thai Son Bac Cup 2024 – 2026, on behalf of the Vietnam Football Federation Leader, Mr. Duong Nghiep Khoi – General Secretary happily announced: “This is the 13th year, Thai Son Bac Electrical Equipment Trading Company Limited continues to accompany the National Women’s Football Championship.
The National Women’s Football Championship – Thai Son Bac Cup 2024 continues to be maintained and stable with the participation of 8 participating teams including Hanoi I, Hanoi II, Phong Phu Ha Nam, Son La, Thai Nguyen T&T, Vietnam Coal and Minerals, HCMC 1, HCMC2. Hopefully, with the efforts of VFF, the determination and responsibility of women’s football clubs, and the long-term companionship of the sponsor – Thai Son Bac Electrical Equipment Trading Company Limited, the prize will be awarded. The competition will become more and more professional. This will also be a tournament to help experts select the best players for the national women’s soccer teams.

The National Women’s Football Championship – Thai Son Bac Cup 2024 has 8 participating teams, including Ho Chi Minh City I, Vietnam Coal and Minerals, Hanoi I, Phong Phu Ha Nam, Hanoi II, Son La, Ho Chi Minh City II and Thai Nguyen T&T.
Teams compete in a two-legged round-robin format (first leg and return leg) gathering at the host locality to calculate points, ranked from First to Eighth. Each team is allowed to substitute a maximum of 5 players in a maximum of 3 substitutions per match. The first phase will run from May 1 to June 1, 2024, in Ba Ria Vung Tau province; The second leg is expected to take place from July 2 to August 2, 2024, at the Northern location.
All matches of the National Women’s Football Championship – Thai Son Bac Cup 2024 will be exclusively broadcast live and online by Vietnam Cable Television Corporation (VTVcab) on VTVcab platforms.
Based on the results of the 2024 season draw ceremony conducted after the announcement ceremony of the Main Sponsor of the National Women’s Football Championship – Thai Son Bac Cup in 2024-2026, the opening match of the first leg will be a competition between the two clubs. Son La and Ho Chi Minh City I, taking place on May 1 in Ba Ria Vung Tau. The specific match schedule and live television schedule will continue to be updated.
