3 women referee assistants participate in training course of LS V.League 2-2021
On the afternoon of Mar 15, the training course for referee of LS V.League 2-2021 was held at VFF’s house. If three referees Nguyen Thi Hang Nga, Truong Thi Le Tring and Ha Thi Phuong overcome the compulsory physical test on Mar 16, they will participate on duty at the matches of LS V.League 2-2021.
This is the first time that women referees are expected to take part in operating a professional tournament in Vietnam football tournaments system. In order to be ready for the missions, these referees have prepared carefully in both physical and expertise.
Referee assistant Trinh Thi Le Trinh
“Frist is expertise, second is physical. It is the most important. Comparing with man referee, the woman is weaker, therefore I have to concentrate all the time and try to keep up with my colleagues. During the preparation time, I find out and practice some advanced exercises of man referee. Since their stamina and physical are better than women, I have to follow their practice to keep up”, referee assistant Truong Thi Le Trinh sharing.
This women referee is cheerful when chosen by the Referee Committee for the upcoming tournament: “Being able to take part in operation the LS V.League 2-2021 is my honor and cheerful. The referee committee also supports and gives us the chance to take part in operating the man professional tournament”.
Referee assistant Ha Thi Phuong
With the referee Ha Thi Phuong, she failed on the test at the beginning of 2020 season, this time, this referee claims that she has prepared carefully and ready for the missions. “Last year, I was uncompleted the requirements the last physical test. The man tournaments require an intense physical. So, I have prepared many strong and endurance exercises. The referee committee has private physical coach. The physical coach will send the physical exercises for anyone who has a need to practice at home”, assessor Phuong said.
Referee assistant Nguyen Thi Hang Nga
Referee Nguyen Thi Hang Nga said she had experience in operating man tournaments locally, so she is confidence when operating the upcoming LS V.League 2-2021. “The man tournament is very different compare with woman tournament in term of expertise and field operating. Thus, we have to put in a lot of effort” Nguyen Thi Hang Nga sharing. “It has the fact that opportunities do not always come, we have to capture and have a good performance”, Hang Nga expressed her opinion when she and her colleagues take the responsibility to be female pioneers in operating LS V.League 2-2021.
